Type here something, and click somewhere else. Then wait for a few seconds...

After changing the color, edit any value in the Input box to apply the change.

You can right click on PDF and download it.

What this does

This takes the text you type and turns it into a page that looks handwritten, then hands it to you as a PDF. You type as normal, and the tool renders your words in a handwriting style on a page you can preview and save. It is a fun and genuinely useful way to give plain typed text the warmth and personality of writing done by hand.

How to use it

  1. Type your text into the box.
  2. Click somewhere else and wait a few seconds while the handwritten page is drawn in the preview.
  3. To save it, right click on the PDF preview and choose the option to download it.

The page is generated for you and shown right there, so you can see exactly how it will look before saving.

The ruled lines and ink options

You get a couple of touches to make the page feel right. There is an option to add ruled lines, which puts the page on lined paper instead of blank, for that authentic notebook look. And you can choose the ink colour, picking from black, red, or blue, so your handwriting can match the mood or the purpose. One small thing to remember: after switching the ink colour, make a small edit in the text box to prompt the page to redraw with the new colour.

Good to know

A couple of honest points. The handwriting is a styled font rather than a copy of any particular person's hand, so it gives a convincing handwritten look but is not an imitation of your own writing. It is great for adding a personal, informal feel, not for passing something off as written by a specific individual. Also handy to know, your text is quietly saved in your own browser as you go, so if you close the page and come back, what you were typing is still there waiting for you.

Questions people ask

How do I save the handwritten page?

Right click on the PDF in the preview area and choose to download or save it. That gives you the handwritten page as a PDF file on your device.

Why does it take a moment to appear?

The tool draws your text onto a page and builds the PDF, which takes a few seconds. Type your text, click away, and give it a moment to render.

I changed the ink colour but nothing happened.

The page redraws when the text changes, so after picking a new colour, make any small edit in the box to trigger it to regenerate with the new ink.
